This is ((SERIOUS)) EPOXIE it is beyond j.b.weld which is 3900 psi holding strength ! This is rated @ 5000psi ,used it on some large pressurized glass projects it is as strong as the quartz glass . Excellent stuff to keep on hand , drys slightly amber ,not clear !

Resurfaced a Mad River 16’ Royalex Explorer. G/Flex mixed with Cabosil (filler), paste pigment, then applied with plastic squeegee. Worked pretty good, see how it endures over the next couple years
