Can i brush my teeth with this?

It actually works very well for that, the harder the better!

Can the blade be sharpened?

No, because it is corrugated...very uneven. The blade is not very sharp so it is better for wacking weeds rather than grass.

What is the blade length?

The blade on this whip is 9 inches long. K. C. L.
