Worked great
Bought for a kitchen i managed, worked great for rapid cooling food when used properly. Held up well in the dishwasher too.

Really brings down those liquids In record time.
So far so good. Brought liquid temps down from 75 degrees C to 45 degrees C in 40 minutes. Amazing! Let's see how it will hold up over the next few months.

I didnt even know that therenis something like this available at Amazon. Health inspector recommended this product to us to cool down the sauces in my restaurant and since then we are using it regularly. Recommend to food businesses.

Ordered two but came separately. One came decent time but second one took very long to get. Product itself is very good quality. I am glad I purchased it since I need to cool down my ramen bone broth every day
