My husband and I started taking Cognium three weeks ago. I have noticed an improvement in my word recall which was the issue for me. My husband has not noticed a change but we are going to reorder another month’s supply. Other memory supplements seemed to make us nervous. We’ve not experienced any side effects with this product. UPDATE: It has now been six weeks in Cognium and I can really tell it us helping me with memory and especially focus! I think this helps my focus. They are easy to take, quality is good. I don't take these for any pain relief or for sleep. There is not taste.
