Is this 100% olive oil?

it does have a slight after bite which is a good sign of being real deal....i have no way of verifying it,.it would have to be tested in a lab, that costs $$$$..you might try asking the seller or the manufacturer...amazon has a real 100% real olive oil..it isnt cheap...its an italian name you never heard of . i can look it up..it was $37 or so a bottle
