Q: Anyone try making pie dough with this?

works good for dough but I only use the pulse action otherwise it goes to fast and that creates more heat which you don't want when making pie dough

Q: Is it possible to cube veggies like potato,eggplant or radish??

Unfortunately not. There are such things as cubing grids for food processors but as far as I can tell they are made for professional grade food processors and typically cost in the area of $100plus. A quick internet or Amazon search of "cubing grids" will bring up your choices.

Q: Would this unit work well for making nut butters (cashew, almond, etc)?

With heart issues, I need to watch saturated fat, salt, and sugar so I make myself (and my 14-year old lab for his treats!) all my own nut butters from unsalted nuts of all kinds. This thing handles pretty much anything I toss in it. Better than the Kitchenaid one my sister bought for about 3X the price!!!

Q: Is this good to 'rice' cauliflower?

If you only pulse for about 3 seconds, probably. But it's very powerful and your result could be mush rather than "rice". :)
