Just a couple drops. I wash my hair, which is below shoulder length, towel dry and tub a couple drops in my hands then disburse through my hair, mostly on the ends. Then I dry it.

What is the difference between the red bottle and the blue bottle?

I haven't seen a blue bottle. I see that the red bottle is cold pressed and unrefined.
