Cholesterol Numbers Improved!
All I can say is that my "bad" cholesterol numbers have gone down to a healthy level since taking this product. My doctor told me that they're finding that high cholesterol has less to do with diet and more to do with genetics and somehow this product is able to help and I'm grateful for that!

Cholesterol support
After using this product for a total of 5 months and have my blood work checked twice this product did not help me lower my cholesterol. I took this along with Bergamot. Please check your blood work if you're using products to help you with a specific issue so that you can ensure it works and you're not wasting your money.

Do not take on empty stomach
As a supplement. I felt bad over a year so I’m reading and trying different things!

All Lipids Improved
I take this as well as 750mg of Niacin every day. My Lipid Profile has gone from bad to almost optimal within about 6 months, still a little work to do. I have started exercising in addition so that also has helped. But I know they would not be near levels without this and their Niacin. My before numbers take 07/2020 Cholesterol total/ 240 HDL/ 30 LDL/ 155 Triglycerides/ 190 Cholesterol ratio/ 4.8 (Total Cholesterol % HDL) After 6 months January 2021 Cholesterol total/ 146 HDL/ 52 LDL/ 77 Triglycerides/ 87 Cholesterol Ratio/ 2.92

Good quality product!
Not really sure how to check if this is working except a blood test which I haven’t done, most people seem to be taking it for cholesterol reduction. I’m just taking it for energy and metabolism. Seems to be doing fine paired with my other B vitamins!

TOO LARGE PILL
The pill is too large to swallow. I cut in half and take 1/2 morning, and evening. I doubt if it dissolves in the intestines. Buy capsules only.
