Can I use this to dye silk lingerie?

I don't know I didn't purchase it for that...I used it for other craft projects but not for clothing. I really can't anwser that question, sorry. But if I was guessing, I don't see why you can't.

Does thos restore color from a bleach stain?

It probably will, but only on sill fabric. I would use RIT or another permanent fabric dye for any other fabric

Will this work for ballet shoes?

What are ballet shoes made of? If they are made of canvas then I think it would work.

What is recomended process for dyeing an entire wedding dress?

I don’t know about a dress but I did a king size headboard. I used spray bottle for the headboard but I would imagine total immersion , like in a bathtub for car dress . Constantly lifting folds of dress to make sure dye is spread evenly .

Jacquard dyes are fun! When an artist finds tools that work she plays. This dye does exactly what they say, and because yellow is a primary color, the artist can make a beautiful array of colors! My silk comes alive without having to steam it; a little ironing and dye-set concentrate and the project is complete.
