i counted and weighed the contents of the bottle i received. 312 flints at 38 grams - more than advertised. it would cost $60-$70 to buy this many zippo brand flints. there are gold, silver, black, blue, magenta and plum colors. i would estimate that 50% are gold and then about equal amounts of the remaining five colors. they came in a tiny bottle with a screw on top. the bottle was sealed inside a metallic looking ziploc bag. a nice surprise was the zippo type dispenser (the one with the red dial on top that dispenses one flint at a time and holds six flints - so actually 318 flints were received) that was included. i have tested these in a zippo, kiribi and vintage maruman (old boy style) lighters and they all have worked as well as the original flints the lighters came with. they are about 1 mm longer than zippo flints, so theoretically will last longer. the added length makes it slightly more difficult to screw on the spring loaded flint retainer. these will last me a lifetime.
