What's the difference between this one and the lv pur-131?

But we keep the inner design of LV-PUR 131 to ensure the efficiency and purifying coverage. So this air purifier runs as efficiently as LV-PUR 131 but with a lower price. If you don't need auto or sleep mode, Vital 100 would be a good choice.

How do I know when the room is clean?

I'm within 2 weeks of using the air purifier and noticed that I have been sneezing less.  I checked the filter and there were some dust. It's hard to know if the room is clean.  What I focus on is that I can breathe better.

If i let it run all day, do i need to clean out the filter frequently? i want to see how much "stuff" it's grabbing ... when should i check?
