How long is the handle of the pizza peel ?

The wooden handle is 24 cm from the edge of the metal peel.

Can I use a pizza cutter when the cooked pizza is on the peel?

I don't see why not. However, I would always use the peel to place the pizza on a wooden cutting board or a plate & cut it then.

What is the heat-resistance of this pizza peel? I need one which is heat resistant up to 500°C.

This works perfect with my Ooni gas fired pizza oven, which runs on similar temperatures. The peel is used to slot in the pizza & turn it a few times in the 1.5 to 2 minutes it takes to cook the pizza & take it out when done. Don't forget to remove the plastic protective layer before using it.

Is this made if stainless steel?

As it says on the ‘tin’, it’s made of aluminium. Had mine a couple of years and still in good shape/condition.
