What a bang for your buck. I’ve taken several similar vitamins but they cost way more just because it’s for conception. If you compare the labels, this has all the same vitamins and minerals for half the price. I find that I have more energy in the gym and through the work day. And my load size has definitely increased compared to before I started taking it. If you are in the fence, give it a try.
