The best way to tell would be to fill it with water and then measure how much water it held, but from a purely mathematical calculation… The smaller one holds about 3.42 fl oz and the larger one holds about 8.3 fl oz.

Can I make caramel in them? Are they safe to melt sugar putting them directly in the flame of the stove?
