If you are interested in trying castor oil packs, give these products a try. I found it very helpful to be able to order everything thru amazon. The delivery time was very good.

I'm working with a nutritionist related to a chronic health issue. There's only so much medical doctors can do with pharmaceuticals. Tried and true remedies such as castor oil packs are worth a try especially when you're desperate for improvement. These flannel cloths can be used 25-30 times. Very convenient and right-sized.
