How many times can you use before you need to change to a new duster head

Depends on how much I dust and how long it's been since I last dusted. If I do the whole house I usually toss it after one use. If I just dust around one room I keep it on till the next time. You can tell by looking a it if it needs to be changed.

what does the pack include?

In your add in the beginning it says and shows the extension part and it looks like it comes with the pads I bought 2 but they both only came with the cleaning parts. misleading, very disappointed.

Can you put them in the washing matchine?

Sure! I Am THAT "thrifty"! --on a gentle cycle & hang to let dry ... reload onto the handle & get a few more uses. (ALSO because they're non-biodegradable so; *YOU BET I DO*!)
