Pure and balanced sound, bass and mids are superb only highs could have been better.Built to last.Customer service is good also. Loudness is enough for a 12X12 feets room.

It was packed very well and timely delivery. Only skeptical was that the delivery guy just rang my door bell, handed me the package and was seemingly in a hurry. (I did not even sign a delivery note :/) The box was inside a box, both edifier boxes :) Coming to the sound quality, it is definitely thunderous and will shiver the glasses however one can feel the difference as it it misses out the Dolby. 2.1 is converted into a virtual 5.1 and there are quite a number of inputs, However the bluetooth felt a little bit finicky. One more aesthetic problem is the use of USB where the list is always the same. There is no option to randomize the whole list. The buttons are tacky and gives a confident feel when pressed, however I am slightly doubtful about the remote as it is flimsy like the ones we get with car audio systems. Unsure if we can source one from outside and if it will work. The rear speakers are identified with the length of wire and there is not indication for L or R if it matters to you. And one more point is the interface is slightly sluggish when switching from Bluetooth and aux which is the most frequent switch. Finally I reached out to the dvtechnologies mail id asking about the service centres in Chennai(email ID was given in the amazon product page) only to be left without a response. With belief on the brand and reviews, I took a leap of faith and it works flawlessly. These outcomes are from a single day usage. I will update the same after a month or so :) Hope this is useful and do le me know if you guys want to know more. Best sound quality and also within a good budget. The quality of the music system is up to the mark. Package and delivery from Amazon was also really good. Must to have a Edifier 5.1 system at home to enjoy good music like A R Rehman

Remote didn't work so i ordered a replacement and the problem still persist with the remote unit. The remote unit that comes along is a cheap one really poor quality you really won't expect such remote with a system like this . restThe speaker is fantastic as it's an edifier a little over priced though . A lot of my valuable time wasted .
