its cotton wick so it works well for the purpose, but i have trouble using this stuff. im sure that is just a me problem not knowing what im doing so im still giving it 5 stars. its not the wicks issue, its me not knowing how to make a candle issue.

Absolute trash
This wick is nothing but thin trash..unusable and a waste of my time.ill use the metal tabs to hold down another wick. It will be going into the garbage soon..

Do Not Purchase! Save Yourself Money & Frustration.
Wick material burns quickly to wax line and goes out. Wasted $45 in soy wax, essential oils, and wick stuff for 7 candles. Purchased wicks from ANOTHER seller. Remelted ruined candles. Made a huge mess. Wasted two candles worth of wax…. SO UPSET!!!
