Too Cool For School Artclass Frottage Pencil Multi Use Makeup Pencil – #01 Shining Linen

For those who find these pencils too dry and unpigmented, some background....Korean eyeshadows are typically not highly pigmented. Unlike American brands that use lots of pigment, Korean makeup trends favor lighter, cleaner looks, and so the shadows are meant to provide more a wash of color. In addition, these Frottage pencils are made without wax, so they are meant to be more like a powder compressed into a stick. I have super sensitive eyes and am not able to use any powder eyeshadow (they cause major tearing and eye irritation), which is a shame because powders are just so much more blendable and refined looking than cream shadows. These Forttage pencils bridge the gap between powders and cream shadows for me. I can apply them like a cream without any fallout and minimal irritation, but they can be blended out more like a powder. They provide that perfect, pretty wash of color I've been looking for, but unable to achieve with cream shadows. So glad I tried these despite the bad reviews! I just ordered several more colors.

This crayon broke every time I tried to sharpen it. I haven’t even had a chance to use it properly because it kept breaking. This literally is 1/4 left not by use but by sharpening. One side would be completely wood.

Can't imagine my life without this one. I use this as my lip liner. If you love nude lip colors use this as a lip liner. Can't even count how many I have bought this one. The color is scented bouquet

The shipping package came fine, but the product was broken. The lead was broken off and there were particles of it everywhere inside the lid. The color is pretty though.

Glide on so well and looks beautiful on the under eyes for Aegyo sal color. Cute but not overpowering shimmers. Only thing is that it breaks easily so be very gentle when putting the cap back on.

I love this pencil. Korean makeup artists use this to accentuate the aegyosal and it really helps the eyes look much bigger. It's a staple!

perfect for aegyosal even on no makeup days, good for inner conner/nose highlight as well. not insanely glittery if you're going for a slightly more natural look but def noticeable if you dont blend it out if youre more into a more defined highlight/aegyosal. i will be repurchasing and prob try different colors as well.

I bought the shade 01 Shining Linen. That’s the colour in the swatch photo I provided. It’s not the colour I was expecting but it looks lovely on. It’s easy to apply, it goes on smoothly. It’s easy to blend it out.
