Is there a membership or once purchased it’s always free?

Once purchased, it's always free. You can send and receive as many messages, photos and drawings as you want.

Hello! where can i find the mac address? i’m in the uk. thank you :)

Hello, The MAC address is the serial number under the Lovebox.

do you need your phone for it to work?

Hello, it depends on what you want to do. To set up the Lovebox a phone or a computer is required. To send a message, a phone is required. But to receive a message, once the Lovebox has been set up, it is not necessary to have a phone.

What happens to the messages once they have been viewed? Is it possible to save messages?

If you download the app, and test send a message to your box, then any message you view on the box gets saved on the app. Not sure how long they last in the app but i can see previous messages sent to me on the app.
