I’m shocked! This is not the Philips I know!
This is my 2nd time to buy the Philips 9000. I was a big fan, because I’m a bearded skinhead, and it does the job perfectly. My first one was in 2016, and it lasted for 5-6 years with no issues. Which is why when it went bad, I thought it’s only fair that I buy a new one. I bought this one is Apr 2022, and the batter is not accepting any charge all of a sudden. In 14 months, the battery is dead and is not accepting a charge! I’m shocked, disappointed, and appalled by this experience. This was shipped from the UK, so I’m expecting that it’s under a 24 months warranty, but I don’t even know where to go now since I ordered it on Amazon!
