It came from a combo box with just the drone left. The packaging could’ve been nicer it was thrown out of position during handling. However It was definitely brand new it needed to be updated in order to pair with previous goggles and controller after that it’s been amazing getting back in the air with these drones

Exactly what you expect. New base drone in perfect condition.
I have several DJI drones and the DJI FPV will always be my favorite. I bought this as an extra in case they get banned by our inept government. Packaging was good. Drone was clearly brand new and unused. I powered it up, updated the drone (on my PC with DJI Assistant), synched my integra goggles and motion controller 2 and was in the air in less than 20 minutes. This is the only FPV I have found that can handle our windy pacific coastline and cascade mountains. If you want a good heavy FPV drone for windy locations you cant go wrong. And at 60mph in sport or 98mph in acro\manual mode what more could you ask for.

Do not buy from this seller!
I have ordered 3 DJI drones from this seller. The first one I crashed and it was completely my fault. A second drone was ordered and the drone could not be updated upon arrival due to a defective main board. They would not just swap the item and the price rose. I had to contact amazon to get a return approved. By the time I was able to get the Amaon to approve the return, the price went back down, so I ordered a 3rd drone hoping it would be fine. Here I am 3 1/2 months later, flying my 3rd drone from them and the motor literally malfunction's and the drone crashes and breaks. I have only flown the drone maybe 8 times max upon receiving and never crashed it. I’m not about 6 weeks out of return time and have another worthless drone from this seller. Buyer be absolutely aware and buy from a different seller no matter the price.

Total give out in crash
I've been flying drones for years now and I've purchased a lot of these from Best buy unfortunately they do not sell them anymore so I purchased it from this third party. When I was flying the drone it completely started going sideways I hit the air brake nothing happened and the drone crashed I personally don't believe their new drones or they bought them knowing they were defective. Incredibly disappointed very expensive loss I wouldn't recommend buying from this distributor.
