The +& - wires look very thin compared to the ones on my welder. I think one is the + for the gun and the other is connection for the wire feed motor?

The two wires are just the switch wires from the torch trigger so shouldn’t be carrying a lot of current. These should not be connected to welding output as this should be on an eyelet that is fastened to the rear of the adapter and held in place by the nuts

can this item be fitted to a sealy mightymig 150

Being unfamiliar with the Sealey welder I can't be certain but I fitted it to an old Clark mig welder with no problem. I simply had to enure the spigot for the welding wire aligned with the wire feed output of the machine before drilling the welder front panel for the mounting screws. The electrical connections and gas connection were very straightforward. It now works very well. Hope this is of some help.

no fittings or instructions supplied

just arrived so not fitted yet but seems good enough quality but has no fitting bolts or the grub screws to hold the inner part to the housing and no instructions so you will have to look for those, bit disappointed as I have seen cheaper ones with fittings and instructions guess I should have checked the pictures more

Absolute Chinese junk - DO NOT BUY

Doesn't fit the torch due to incompetent clueless manufacture. Spent ages converting, went to fit the torch and guess what? it doesn't work. The holes are misaligned so the pins for the switch do not engage correctly. AVOID
