They really do help if you have plantar fasciitis.

I have plantar fasciitis, so I need heel cushioning in all my shoes. These gel cushions are very comfortable, and I use them in sandals as well as regular shoes. Three issues to be aware of: 1) They will quickly turn gray from exposure to your skin oils if you wear them against your bare feet. This doesn't affect the functioning, and you can't prevent it, so don't worry about it. 2) They pick up everything, because they're sticky, and they're almost impossible to clean. This isn't all bad. When they're new, they can stick to your heels and pull at your skin—for shoes that I wear barefoot, I cover them with thin shoe inserts to prevent this. As they get older and pick up dust and lint, they become less slick, and no longer stick to skin. 3) Especially as they get older, the edges, which are quite thin, can tear. Handle them gently.

For me personally, the gel is not think enough and the sides are uncomfortable. Thicker and flatter is best. Even better - buildable thickness.

Heal relief for long days standing and on my feet. Helps my heal with the cushion support. Stays in place. Best product like this that I have tried. My second order.

I made one mistake in my video I said that the running shoes that I have are “Asics adrenaline 19” they are not a six they are “Brooks adrenaline 19” I repeat Brooks adrenaline 19, the latest model in the Brooks line of running shoes for overpronators. Also good for just walking they are great shoes but again they are not Asics they are “Brooks “!!!!! I made a mistake I wanted to correct this before you see the video. I can’t even begin, there enough room here to tell you how bad these are! I’m going to try and upload a video which I have never done in all of my years of Amazon it’s not going to be a good video because I am not good at videos but I hope you get the point so you can see for yourself that I am not just “a bunch of words“. Bottom line don’t waste your money on these or, waste your money, try them and see for yourself! It’s crazy it’s absolutely crazy this is what gets me the inside of the card this is what the seller/inventor quotes, and I will Quote verbatim, This comes in the box with the shoes this is what it says, “our story, I needed to get my Happy mom back. Really comfortable in my shoes. I liked that 3 sets were included so I do not have to move from shoe to shoe. The heal supports do have a sticky underside that sticks in your shoe heel area so they do not move. I do not suggest not wearing socks - as they are gel rubber like your heels can get slippy without socks and that negates the usefulness of this product. Relieved the pain in my heals in a new and old pair of shoes.

Big relief in helping me with Plantar fasciitis!!

Nice and comfortable and it is helping with my heel spur but the adhesive on the bottom is not strong enough so it moves when inserting foot into shoe.

Very comfortable, these make walking a lot easier.

As others had mentioned, this is sticky on both sides. Also the largest size is still kinda small and my feet are only an adult size 8. However, it gets the job done as you do get a bit of heel cushioning. I noticed my heel dont get too uncomfortable anymore with these on. All in all a 3 star. So so quality but gets the job done for a low price.

The pads provided instant relief for the heel pain.
