Water Resistant, 330 Yard (990ft) Range : Pet Supplies Review: Really cool, and really works well - You can select 4 different actions to happen remotely, Beep/vibrate/light and zap. Both transmitter and receiver are rechargeable at the same time. The shock has 100 different levels that can be selected as you are sending out the signal. The shock intensity ranges from a very mild tickle to a "don't taze me bro" level that you won't want to feel twice. But it isn't a panacea; our new and very determined Standard Poodle will tolerate a level 100 shock as long as he still gets to enjoy harassing the cats. Review: Does what it says - Works great for my dog that tends to run after squirrels...into all the neighbors yards...and not respond to me at all when I tell her to stay, etc. the vibrate gets her attention but have had to use the shock once. It goes up to 100 but that's just scary. My dog yipped at 1. My only real issue is while walking the dog and she lunges to take off (yes, she's on a leash..training her not to lunge) I can't just make it vibrate..I have turn it on first then hit the action button...every time. It just wastes time and takes away from the instantaneous correction. Other than that it's great.

So far, so good!
Received collars a day early. Packaging was secure. The collar is black and not orange like it shows in pictures here. The box on the collar constantly stays lit when on the dog, which I find helpful since I can tell if the collar is working or not. It's kind of difficult to get the part of the collar off on the side where you have to charge the collars though. The remote has 4 settings..Light, Beep, Vibration, and Shock that go from levels of 1-100. Just a side note, I have 2 pit bulls who are around 60 lbs each and this is how the collars/remotes have worked for me/them. -The Light option I think is kind of pointless since the dogs can't see it. I tried it at night and it didn't show up on the ground or around us at all. -The Sound/Alarm option is good and at a decent volume where my dogs and I can hear it well. -The Vibration option is pretty much what I use most. It isn't as harsh as the Shock option and my dogs are very responsive to it. It's effective at level 30, as they are very hyper and it's hard to get their attention when they're focused on other things other than what I'm asking them to do. -The Shock option is a little more extreme but not in any sort of negative way. I only have that level set to 10 for my dogs, as that is enough to get their attention and stop the bad behavior. Besides the difficulty in getting the unit ready to charge the only other complaint I have, is when you have to switch modes while trying to keep the remote hidden from the dog can be tricky. If you pay close enough attention once you get used to it you can pretty much do it without looking at the remote. But there have been a couple of times where I've accidentally shocked my dog instead of using the vibration mode because I thought I had pressed it enough times to be on the right mode. It tells you on the remote which mode you're in, but like I said while my dog is barking hysterically at another passing dog and I'm trying to be slick by changing the modes it can get a bit chaotic. I wish there were separate buttons for each mode. It would make it a lot easier. You can use 2 collars on 1 channel for one remote, but my dogs have different issues so that function isn't possible for me to use. You have to charge the collars for 6 hours when you first receive them and after that the battery lasts several days. I have had the collars about a week and have only charged them one time. The battery hadn't shown that it was low yet either but I just wanted to make sure I didn't run it down too far where it wouldn't be ready when I needed it. When the battery needs to be charged, according to the directions, it will start beeping for 20 secs but I have yet to run into that. They recommend that you only use the collars for short training sessions (around 10-15 mins). I usually only put the collars on the dogs when I take them out for walks and potty breaks, and then take them off. However, I have left the collars on for close to an hour a couple times without any issue. I also inquired about the warranty since I have had bad luck with these kinds of collars (from other companies) and they said there's a 12 month warranty that comes with the purchase, but you can also get a 24 month warranty if you register the product on their website at [...]. I will update this review in about a month with how things are going with everything. So far the collars are extremely effective with my dogs. They are a tad tricky to operate but definitely doable.

Only works half of the time
This would have been great but the receiver only works half of the time. It's difficult to "be consistent" like it says in the instructions, when it won't do what you need it to do. It works one minute and doesn't the next. I'm not sure if this has to do with the collar going inactive when there is no movement but not all dogs move around while barking. The description also says this works for small dogs but the collar is still too big for our adult chiweenie even with the tightest adjustment. This could be a great product if it came in smaller sizes and did not go inactive/worked 100% of the time.

Easy way to train your dog with Ropripet training collar.
The collar works as stated in add. I am very happy with the product and training my dog is very easy. He stopped his late night barking, his jumping on people. The big thing He has learned the word no. I only used the shock a few times now the vibration is all he needs to stop a bad habit. The battery last several days be for it needs charging.

Try Shocking Yourself before you Place on your Dog!!!
I have an 11 pound dog that I'm using this for bark training. The shock at the lowest setting is even shocking for me at 150#, I could not image what this would do to my dog. The vibrate at 85% seems to be effective. The sound is intermittently working. Try Shocking Yourself before you Place on your Dog!!!

Great product that works as advertised
Great product that works as advertised. I had a little technical issue, contacted them, and got a reply with a photo showing me how to do what I was having trouble with. These are responsive folks, and their training collar is already producing results with our beagle. She has "agreed" to "come" back into the house after just a a day and a half with the collar set almost exclusively on vibrate.

#1 Stress RELIEVER for Mischievous Dog Owners!
Best stress relief! Instructions were easy. The vibrate was pleasant to me at 30, but strong enough for my 10 mo old newly adopted Boxer. When she started her tricks - splashing water out of her bowl, pushing her food around and bashing the door, it surprised her and she stopped Weird how effective it is, I never needed the shock. No more tantrums, leaping or aggressive pulling. She's calm, too.
