Best nail puller!
To flip the boards on my deck, I had to removed over 50 pounds of 5 inch finish nails. It did minimal damage to the wood and gripped the small head of the finishing nails with no problem. The construction of this tool is very substantial. In some cases I had to put a 2 foot pipe on the handle to remove the nails. The nail puller didn't even blink, it just did the job and moved on to the next. It was money well spent. This tool is indestructible!

Best solution for tricky nails
Brilliant piece of kit which I used to extract about 500 ancient floorboard nails. I thought these pullers were a thing of the past so I was delighted to find this. Rather pricy and not the best piece of casting I've seen but the jaws seem incredibly tough and the whole thing is well up to a tough job. Essential if you have a lot of nails - or a few tricky ones - to extract. Far better than just bashing them flat.
