I take this to manage my response to stress, but I give it to my 13 year old for anxiety. We both noticed we respond and felt better nearly immediately. I can always tell when we forget to take it. It's my favorite supplement.

Hi there, I can't speak on comparison since I have not tried the chewables. However, I will say that it is pretty quick-acting, within 10-15 minutes in my experience. Can give you the tingles, so be mindful. I would advise taking on an empty stomach.
