Fitting is 4" exactly, product sticker awful
The fitting portion of the item is 4". I had an end with overlap so I had to use propink comfortseal and seamer mate to fill the gap. I could've cut the pipe but it's the end of a long gutter drain. The sticker took a few minutes to get off though.

Not exactly 4inch
Two wraps of duct tape and nice tight fit. This was for my drain that ties all of my down spouts together and takes it away from the foundation out into the woods.

Quality item at fair price. However, delivered with a product stick over vent holes that was impossible to remove. Had to poke holes in cover in order to allow drainage.

Doesn’t fit
The product doesn’t fit a 4” opening. It’s measure 4” in the inside of the cap and the outside is much bigger 😔
