Ceiling Fan Remote Control Kit Replacement for Harbor Breeze Hunter Allen+Roth Kichler - FAN-35T KUJCE9603 L3HFAN35T1

Moved into a house with a Harbor Breeze Merrimack II that the previous owner installed in the sunroom. This model does not come with a remote/receiver. I installed the wires like they were supposed to minus the blue wire (I capped it off) and it's been working great after doing the whole learn on the remote. Works flawlessly now.

Works great on my Harbor Breeze fan. I had to disassemble my fan to replace it, but it was straightforward after that. Works great right out of the box.

I was hesitant due to this being a frequently returned item. However, it was very easy to set up! It does take a small battery (A23 I think). I had my old remote and programmed it the same inside with the buttons, but that didn't work. I reset the buttons back to the original setting that this remote came in, and somehow that worked! I haven't had a remote in years and my fan has no buttons on the fan itself, so it only had one setting. I'm excited to have full functionality back! Keep trying a bunch of combinations inside of the remote if the initial combination you try doesn't work. My only complaint is that it doesn't come in other colors.

Easy to install and works so far. Will update after a few months of use.

We have an older Allen Roth fan/light combo with remote - which I lost but the fan/light still had the module thing. I set up the codes to be identical on both and it worked just like when new. If you hold the light button down it will dim or brighten. Good stuff!

No back on the remote, no instructions and wall mount was missing. The screws were there just no mount!

The remote works out of the box. I don't even need to set the 4-pin DIP switches. Harbor Breeze should feel ashamed of their remote's quality. It just dies out of seldom use. This 3rd party remote is a direct replacement and works perfectly.

This was a replacement remote for the one that I had installed with my ceiling fan 15 years ago. When the old remote stopped working, I was afraid I was going to have to have an electrician come out and install another auto switcher/controller on the fan itself. Fortunately, buying this replacement worked perfectly and saved me a lot of money. I would just recommend ensuring the Compatibility with the type of fan you have before ordering.
