Smooth and gentle. My hair is a mix of wavy textures and this tames without fighting or frazzling it. Way better than plastic combs of similar shape. Purchased for detangling but I use to style too because it helps me look intentional with minimal effort and less product. Static may have been a bigger factor than I knew. Seems like this will last forever. I think this would work well on long or thick hair. Pleasant to use. Can't recommend highly enough.

The comb arrived with a misaligned last tooth, glued on crooked. I need a very strong comb to get through my thick hair. As soon as I used it one stroke, it broke. Seller promptly replaced it. So excellent customer service. The comb is so strong now. It just feels so unbreakable in my hand. I believe I will never break the comb combing my hair. The teeth feel great on my scalp . . Not too pointy and very sturdy. I’ve searched for years for a comb that won’t break . This is it. I love it . ❤️💕

I’m a middle aged male with medium-long blond wavy hair and I’m not that into beauty products or anything. I hate having to put effort into my hair but still want to look nice. Longish hair seems to suit me but is often a hassle. I heard a wide tooth comb helps and this one definitely does. I can comb it without my hair frizzing out so it doesn’t stick out funny. It tames the wild bits and gets rid of tangles after sleeping so it lays down nice while maintaining its waves. Virtually no static. I suspect it evens out the grease when combing each day so I’m going longer without having to wash it. It feels like a really well made product that is satisfying to hold. Just bought myself a second one. Thanks for surprising me with an affordable but great product!

This beautiful sandalwood comb works great along with my wide-tooth plastic comb for smoother detangling of my 4C coily hair. I have not seen sandalwood combs in the many hair supply shops in my area.

Ive always used plastic combs and I always found them kind of scratchy on my scalp so when I lost my comb I thought I would try a wooden one and Im so glad I did!! it glides through my hair so much easier than other combs and feels like a scalp massage. My hair is fine but wavy/curly and tangles super easily and this is the only comb that never snags or messes up my curls plus it just feels a lot fancier since its wooden and has kind of a victorian vibe

What a beautiful comb, it feels solid and looms nice. I use it to take the tangles out of my beard before I get my beard oil in and it works well. I am very happy with my purchase.

This really is a beautifully carved sandalwood comb with a lovely weight and finish. All of the comb’s teeth are rounded so this is perfect for pain free detangling, highly recommend!
