Pre-wired Stratocaster Pickguard with Tex-Mex S/S/S Pickups, Black

The build quality is great and the times from the new pickups are exactly what I hoped they’d be. Transformed a guitar I already liked into my favorite strat.

Cablaggio impeccabile e stessi componenti delle custom shop. Facilissimo fare upgrade della chitarra. Bastano tre saldature e via con il classico suono strato anni 50 un po' più grasso ma sempre con il medesimo dna.

Strat taklidi başka gitarıma taktım. Boşlukları denk getirmek için biraz kasada tadilat yaptım ama oldu.

I bought a new American Deluxe Stratocaster in 2006, and while it looked and played great, I quickly grew frustrated with the S1 pickups. I started playing it less and less, and finally, it degraded to simple wall art for the past 8-10 years. Recently I decided I needed to either fix the pickup problem or sell the guitar and move onto a different instrument. I spent a few months weighing my options before coming across this solution. I could not order it fast enough since it allowed me to change the pickups for my own use, and then if I do ever sell the guitar, I can easily replace the S1 system in the event that someone (not sure who) might actually want that setup. The best part was yet to come. I expected a vast improvement in my tone from the new pups, but I did not expect it to become an absolute tone monster. Worth EVERY penny.

94年製、フェンダージャパン(フジゲン製)のST-STDに装着、ストラトのシングルコイル特有のノイズをどうにかしたかったのと、他の中国産ピックアップ付きピックガードが、いまひとつ信用できなかったのと、ギターの本数をこれ以上増やせない苦肉の策として購入。音はさすがのノイズレス、結構歪ませてもノイズは皆無、音は定番の音「これぞFender」と言う音、どっちかと言えば、リアハムバッカーもトレブリーな感じ。トーンの振れ幅が結構大きいかな？これでだいぶ弾きやすくなるし、ボリュームも固めで、ストラトによく有る弾いてて、だんだんボリュームが下がる問題も無し。 で、タイトルにあるように、でも、やっぱりUSA、センターピックアップ左手にあるネジ穴がジャパンと違うので、当然入らず、また、ネックジョイントの切りカキのところがパツパツなので、画像にあるように歪んでしまった、ヤスリで削ればまぁいいんだけど、まるごとギター1本買うよりは、調整範囲も少なくて、かえってお得かと、後はライブで使ってどうなるか楽しみだなぁ。
