Great pot, magnetic part very useful

I bought the Purdy Painter’s Pail in May 2025, and honestly, it’s one of those tools you didn’t realize you needed until you use it. The build quality is excellent – sturdy plastic that feels durable without being too heavy. I love the thoughtful design features like the magnetic brush holder and the roller ramp, which make switching between tools smooth and mess-free. The handle is comfortable and makes carrying it around a breeze. I’ve used it both for touch-up work and larger interior painting projects, and it’s made my setup far more efficient. The hands-free ladder hook is genius and keeps everything within reach when I’m working at height. Highly recommend this to anyone doing more than a quick DIY job — it’s affordable, reliable, and definitely makes the process cleaner and easier.

Good quality as usual.

We had a quote of £1,000 plus materials for redecorating the entrance hall of our two bedroom chalet bungalow. I suspect they thought, "This guy is eighty, he physically can't do it himself so he'll have to accept our quote". The Purdy bucket makes using a paint roller from a ladder so easy. Just make a wire hook to hang it from the side and it's one handed rolling. The magnetic paint brush holder is the icing on the cake. It's easily to hand for cutting in the edges of the paintwork. Admittedly it took me longer than it did twenty years ago but the job's a good 'un.

This is a brilliant product very handy when doing broad work. It's basically a paint kettle with a built-in mini roller tray and the magnet is a good touch. Do recommend.

Produit au top, mais ca fait mal de payer cela plus de 30€ quand outre atlantique ils achètent ça 12$ sur amazon.com.... Le produit n'en est pas moins de bonne facture. robuste, les poignées sont bien pensées, à voir avec le temps si elles tiennent. l'aimant pour brosse est une super idée (on sait jamais où le poser^^) super produit, mais faut y mettre malheureusement "trop" le prix...

excellent pail, well designed. easy to hold. you do need to buy liners so that you do not need to spend time in cleaning up the pail after painting. Although the liners are expensive, they are worth the money.

Love this little pail. Comfortable to hold on to and fairly easy to clean. Definitely worth getting the liners as the awkward shapes at the bottom are hard to clean.
