Jesus Christ Bobblehead V1

First off let me say I am a Christian, but I am also a rocker!!!! I have been feeling lately that I am spending way too much of my time playing guitar and screaming, and not enough time talking to my ol pal Jesus the Christ. I was swinging the Amazon jungle (lol) and came across Jesus here. I though to myself "this is the answer to my problem" I added my friend here to my cart and in 4 business days Jesus was on my door in all his bobbleheaded glory. I afffixed Jesus to my guitar amp and now he is rocking and jamming out with every lick and strum! ROCK ON JESUS!!!!

Bobble-heads have become cultural touchstones of fame. Once you have been cast as a bobble-head, you will never be forgotten, and although I don't think Jesus of Nazareth is in much danger of being forgotten,this will certainly add to His cred in some manner. One caveat: this is a heavy casting, so if you had planned to put it on your car dashboard, unless it is securely attached, it would become a dangerous projectile in an accident, thereby probably bringing you face to face with the character earlier than you had planned. The sculpture is very well rendered, being taken from one of the more ubiquitous paintings of Christ, his hands reaching outward in a supplication pose. I found the addition of the name as a printed legend across the base a bit redundant, unless you live with scads of Nazarene fishermen who wear robes and sandals.

The product was much better quality than I imagined! It is "heavy" as it is made from polyresin, instead of the cheaper plastic I expected. I bought two, one for each car, and used two strips of velcro stripping evenly spaced on the bottom to mount it to the dash of my BMW. It stays up well, even when driving over railroad tracks :) I have included a picture of what it looks like mounted on my dash, and of the box when I received it. Very well packaged in thick styrofoam, and wrapped well. I may need to get a couple more. Some people say that Jesus might not like being depicted on a bobblehead, but my thought is that he would care more for our thinking of him when we glance at it, instead of thinking of something else :)
