Raw Sea Moss. It's super easy-peasy to make. The texture/consistency is really thick, but can easily be adjusted by adding more water. It tastes like sea water. It's great for the digestive, big on iodine and potassium. *By purchasing the "Raw Version" plus is there's no Additives or Sugars. It makes 3x more than one Pre-made Additives & Flavors Jar. It's definitely a much better purchase all around!!
