This formula is one of my go tos for my family's health. My 13-year-old has been taking this for years and though she hates the taste, she'll ask for it when she feels any dis-ease. She'll take it and just wash it down with liquid. That should tell you something about its effectiveness! It certainly beats having to suffer through a sore throat! Be warned though, you need to take it as soon as possible for it to really work. Preferably within 12 hours of feeling any symptoms. Outside, this window, it won't work as well but it will decrease the period of symptomatic illness. For something like a sore throat, we normally take it for an extra day after the symptoms subside. I also transfer this into a spray bottle but taking it as drops works just as well. I keep a bottle with me at work as well as a couple bottles at home. The taste is very much like taking traditional Asian medicines where plant material is cooked in a pot. I've gotten to the point where I don't even have to wash it down with anything anymore, I'm so used to the taste. This, like any other medicine, is not for everyone. It works for our family. Try it out for yours. It could well ease a lot of pain and suffering.

This stuff is minty and spicy but doesn’t come close to clearing my sinuses. Its effect is mild and short lived and its taste unpleasant. Would not recommend

This is my favorite wellness maintenance elixir. If tastes like herbal medicine, not candy. I don't know what people are complaining about. What medicine tastes good? Geez! If you can find a spray bottle, that's best. Spray it into your mouth. It's STRONG! But your sinuses will get some relief. Have a sore or scratchy throat? This will give you some relief from that, too. I highly recommend it. I keep this with me, everywhere I go. These days, don't leave home without it!

While this product has done it's intended purpose of wiping out any and all sniffles I have had in this cold weather, the taste is unbearable. I have to stick the dropper far enough back in my mouth that it's basically in my throat and have water in my other hand ready for IMMEDIATE relief. If you choose to bear the nasty, be prepared to cough and gag.
