A must buy if you’re having heel pain!
I wore over the counter orthotics and I was still having heel issues when I stood too long or worked out. I bought these and got rid of the orthotics. My knee and heel pain are gone. Shock absorbing is great when stepping down a curb or stairs. I feel confident going down the stairs now. Only con is the adhesive doesn’t last too long but they don’t slide around your shoes. I recommend buying them.

Work great, non slip helping with the Achilles tendonitis already
Fantastic, they don't slip around in my shoe! After 3 days of wearing, the Achilles fasciitis has let up and it's definitely helping. They have a grip to it so it doesn't slide, and it's not too thick so you don't notice it's there. Comfortable.

My Take on Gel Heel Cups for Heel Pain: An Honest Review
Hey everyone! So, I've been dealing with some nagging heel pain lately, a mix of what feels like Achilles tendonitis and maybe a touch of plantar fasciitis. It's no fun, especially living in Florida where you're always on your feet, whether it's walking around or just enjoying the outdoors. I decided to give those gel heel cups a try, the kind that come in a 2-pack and promise relief and arch support. I wanted to share my honest thoughts, straight from my own experience and what I've seen others say. The Good Stuff: Where These Heel Cups Shine First off, let's talk about the positives. The biggest thing I noticed, and what a lot of other folks mention, is the immediate cushioning and shock absorption. Seriously, slipping these into my shoes felt like a little cloud for my heels. If you're on your feet all day, especially on hard surfaces like concrete, these can be a game-changer. I've used them in my work shoes, and they definitely make those long hours more bearable. They also seem to help a bit with that sharp first-step pain in the morning that plantar fasciitis brings. It's not a cure-all, but it definitely takes the edge off. Another plus is their versatility. I've popped them into my sneakers, my casual shoes, and even some of my dressier boots. They generally fit without a fuss, which is great because I don't want to buy special shoes just for these. They're also pretty durable. I've washed mine a few times, and they hold up well, which is a nice bonus for something you're using daily. For the price, they feel like a solid value for money option, especially when you compare them to expensive custom orthotics. It's a good way to see if heel cushioning helps you before you commit to something much pricier. The Not-So-Good Stuff: Where They Fall Short Now, for the downsides. One of the most common complaints, and something I've experienced, is that these heel cups can slip around in your shoes. It's not a huge deal if you're wearing tight socks or if your shoes are snug, but in looser footwear, they can migrate a bit, which is annoying. I've also found that in some of my tighter shoes, they can make my foot feel a little cramped, or even cause my heel to slip out of the back of the shoe, especially with lower-cut styles. It's a trade-off you have to consider. Also, while they offer some cushioning, they don't provide a ton of arch support. If your main issue is flat feet or a need for significant arch correction, these might not be enough on their own. They're really more about cushioning the heel itself. And because they're gel, they can sometimes make your feet feel a bit sweaty or sticky, especially in our Florida heat, if you're not wearing socks. It's not unbearable, but it's something to be aware of. Real-World Uses and Who They're For So, who are these for? If you're like me and spend a lot of time on your feet, whether it's for work, exercise, or just daily life, these can offer some much-needed relief. I've found them particularly useful for: Long days at work: Standing or walking on hard floors for hours. Casual walks or light exercise: Taking the sting out of impact on pavement. Around the house: Slipping them into house shoes or slippers to avoid walking barefoot on hard tile or wood floors, which can really aggravate heel pain. Adding comfort to shoes that lack good cushioning, making them more wearable. They are a great first step if you're experiencing heel pain and want to try a relatively inexpensive solution before exploring more costly options like custom orthotics. They provide a good amount of cushioning and shock absorption, which is often what people need for conditions like plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis. However, if your pain is severe or persistent, or if you need significant arch support, these might be a temporary fix rather than a long-term solution, and you might need to look into full-length insoles or consult a specialist. Overall Thoughts All in all, these gel heel cups are a decent product for the price. They deliver on cushioning and shock absorption, which is their main job. They're not perfect, and you might encounter some minor annoyances like slipping or bulkiness in certain shoes, but for general heel pain relief and added comfort, they do a pretty good job. They're a solid option for anyone looking for an affordable way to ease discomfort without a huge commitment.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Lifesaver for Plantar Fasciitis — Read This Before You Buy
I’ve struggled with plantar fasciitis for quite some time, and being on my feet all day was becoming exhausting. My Adidas sneakers had almost no real support, so I decided to try these heel cups — and I’m honestly glad I did. The cushioning and alignment support made a noticeable improvement in my heel pain. Like any proper support (even from the Good Feet Store), your feet and muscles may need a short adjustment period because everything from your feet to your legs and back is connected. A little early discomfort is completely normal as your alignment improves — but the long-term relief makes it absolutely worth it. After wearing them regularly, the pain eased, my shoes felt more stable, and walking became much more comfortable. I ended up buying three more sets so I have them in all my go-to shoes — my everyday sneakers, my work boots, and my Louis Vuitton boots. The best part? This is a small investment — under $10 when I purchased them. If your feet are in pain, what do you have to lose? Helpful tips: • Pick the correct size. • Put the sticky side down and just leave them in your shoes. • Buy extras — you’ll want them in every pair. • Everyone’s feet are different, but these worked extremely well for me. If you’re dealing with heel pain or plantar fasciitis, these are 100% worth trying. They made a real difference for me.

NOT two pairs!
Seems pretty good so far; just installed them in shoes and walking around the house. Be advised that a “two pack” means 2 inserts, not 2 pairs!

Provided relief until normal healing could happen
I had some horrible heal pains and decided to try these out. They are probably not the "cure all" for permanent healing but they gave immediate releave and I'm still wearing them.

Heel cushions
I have bought 3 sets of these -- they work well and are easy to manage. They stick in place pretty well -- when they start to move around, it is easy to clean them under a faucet and then they are good again.

Very Misleading Advertisement.
The original page on Amazon says clearly "6 Pack", and I thought I was paying for exactly that at $32.00 still very dear, but the reviews said it was really good. I received only one pair. Exorbitant at that price.
