Bought for a replacement Instapot I got from a thrift store that was missing the pressure release. Perfect fit, been using it frequently ever since. Absolutely recommend.

So, I decided to see what would happen if I made macaroni in my Instant Pot. Spoiler alert: it was a mess. But hey, at least this replacement kit cleaned up nicely! All the parts fit perfectly, and it was super easy to install. If your Instant Pot needs a little TLC, especially after a macaroni incident, this kit is a must-have.

Was about to give up and buy a new Instant Pot This, and a new lid seal, got ours working perfectly again.

I just needed the black weight but I’m glad it came with the other parts. I will have the other pieces when I need them. You need to keep a pressure cooker tuned up, everything sealing properly.

The parts seem nice but not everything fits my IP-LUX50. I even checked the model on the back. Apparently there is a difference between IP-LUX50 and IP-LUX50 V2??? Parts aren’t the same. Even the holes are different on one part in particular see photo. I used some of the pieces like the seals and the big release handle, but the rest is going in the junk drawer.

Recondition the most important parts with this great repair kit. As an avid fan of my Instant Pot, imagine my horror when my favorite appliance failed to pressurize…after a little reading and one video, I ordered this kit, installed it in less than 15 minutes, and saved my Instant Pot from a trip to the landfill! This kit has everything you need to get extra life out of these fantastic kitchen appliances. Long live the Instant Pot!
