More like foundation than spf cream
This is Dermablend CC cream is A LOT more like foundation/concealer than sunblock. I thought it might be more like tinted cream since it sounded like a sunblock, but it’s intensely pigmented and I would never want to put that much on. The instructions still say “Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure & reapply at least every two hours” which would be crazy amount of makeup. I would use regular sunblock lotion under this and apply this one sparingly as I would with foundation. The CC cream is matte, creamy, and has solid coverage. Skin does need to be moisturized first, as it’s not very forgiving of rough texture, while it covers discoloration well. Any pores and wrinkles that are dry looks more so, and only looks good once that’s already been taken care of and you have a smooth skin to apply to.

Excellent coverage
I use this to cover vitiligo on my face…I am very happy with the coverage it provides and the fact that it has SPF 50 is an extra bonus!
