Gets the job done. Easy as finger painting.
Far easier to spread on a wet surface with wet gloved finger than dry. Handled with wet gloves it is as workable and easy to spread/push into cracks with a finger as clay or auto body filler, almost impossible to get it to stick to dry concrete and will not likely bond well either.

Sealed our fiberglass pool seams easily and inexpensively, without draining the pool
This stuff is fantastic! I help to maintain the community pool for our condominium association, which is an oval pool with fiberglass sides and a plaster bottom. The caulk between each of the fiberglass panels had deteriorated and we were losing significant amounts of water through the seams. We considered draining the pool to re-caulk the seams prior to opening, but with the heavy storms and flooding in our area, we were afraid that hydrostatic pressure could do further damage to the pool. After quite a bit of research I found this product and it seemed like the perfect answer. I cut the compound, including the cardboard tube, in sections about 1 inch long from each tube and mixed/kneaded the two materials per the instructions. I then rolled the product into strings about the thickness of a cigarette and applied them to the seams, both underwater and above water. When I ran out of material, I mixed more, doing it in this fashion to ensure that the product didn't begin to harden before application. Application was simple, and it was easy to smooth the material into place and ensure a tight seal with just my finger. I sealed all 10 seams with one set of the product. I checked the seams after an hour, and every seam still looked perfect and the product was literally as hard as a rock. Time will tell if the product holds up as promised, but I see no reason why it should not. Using this product was actually far easier and less expensive than using Vulkem Seal or a traditional caulking product, and was easier and neater to apply. I also expect it won't deteriorate like other sealants. Based upon my experience so far, I would definitely recommend this to anyone requiring a sealant for similar purposes. I also intend to make this product known to my local pool supply company to recommend to others with similar issues.

Sealed my skimmer in just a couple of hours.
Worked well! I purchased this because I needed to replace a weir door and that mean destroying the seal between the pool tile and the skimmer. This was easy to mix and apply and began to harden in a couple of hours. My only issue was that it did make the surrounding water cloudy during the application. So you'll need to stop, run the pump for a few seconds, and then continue. I've never used an underwater putty so that could be a common thing between all of them, but it's noteable. But I can't argue with the results. It looks good and I haven't noticed the water line dropping more than usual so I'm assuming it's holding water just fine.

Fixed leak on our cement pool
We have a cement pool & knew we had a leak somewhere. We had an idea where the leak was and we used this product under the water to fix the leak and it worked great. It doesn’t take long at all for it to work! We haven’t had any issues all summer so we will see how it look next summer.

Works exactly as promised
This product is amazing! It totally exceeded our expectations . We had a few holes and cracks in the grout of the tile of our pool that we have been contemplating for over a year to patch up, but we’re very skeptical about the products out there. One of our friends recommended it and we saw this exact product at the pool supply store where we buy our chemicals. So we bought it off of Amazon cheaper than the store .Totally waterproof very good adhesive ability. Make sure you clean the specific area of application meaning it should be free of mildew and or algae. You might need a plastic small spatula to spread it out. Just cut equal amounts mix well it’ll get warm and you have to move quickly. Of course the final look is a matter of the artist applying the product, but it does what it says it’s supposed to it’s sealed all our cracks , very durable good quality and great value for your money. If you have any cracks or holes in the grout of your pool, we highly recommend you buy this now. Don’t hesitate like we did. Good luck.

Very good product, glue strongly under water, easy to apply
Using it to repair a 2 inch damage on pool walls.. Very easy to apply and glued very well, hardened in 24 hours. I did not see any problem those 1 star rating user mentioned. Here are the tricks: 1. The most important thing to do is to clean the surfaces to be repaired well, Use sand paper or other method to clean the surface well . If you don't do this, the putty would not glue on the surface well 2. Make sure you mix the Blue harden putty with the main putty very well, If you don't mixed it well, it would not be hardened, Do this very well before apply onto the damaged area. 3. Make sure 1:1 ratio to mix two putties. I used a little bit more blue putty that would make putty harden fast. I only waited about 1 day, the repaired area was harden already. 4. When apply putty to the damaged area, make sure to put a lot of pressure to do it. Make sure putty is firmly attached on the surface. Put pressure and do it at least for a min. The results were excellent. Great product.
