If its wet does it clump up?

The Tomb45 Pure Powder will not clump if distributed evenly and properly. An excessive amount of powder in any one area can cause the powder to clump.

Does it work on wet hair ?

No, it’s meant to be applied to dry hair. But this product isn’t good. It doesn’t absorb properly in to the hair. It’s still visibly white even after rubbing into hair
