Excellent product
Of all of the magnesium products out there this one has the best combination and mixtures of magnesium. I take it at night before I go to bed. It does help me sleep. Iโve ordered this a number of times and will continue to use it.

Say goodbye to RLS
I take one at night before bed and I have not had restless leg syndrome or aching legs while sleeping. I sleep much better and wake up more rested since Iโve been taking this product. This is my third order and it will probably be something I continue to order regularly. For someone that dealt with RLS for a long time, this has been a game changer for me. I also found on Amazon a magnesium cream with lavender and I have been rubbing that into the bottom of my feet after especially long days and it works great.

They help me with migraines and sleep
They work for me! Iโve purchased them several times. I take these primarily for migraines (my doctors recommended magnesium) and they seem to take the edge off a bit. They are a repeat tool in my migraine kit. I take them in the evening and they seem to help me relax for sleep, too. Something about this particular magnesium blend helps me. The ONLY reason for four stars (instead of five) is I wish they were about $10 less per bottleโฆbut they work better for me than any other magnesium Iโve triedโฆ. So Iโm a repeat buyer.

Items were well packed & arrived on time! Expiry date of items is in June 2026 which is alrite but would be better with a later expiry date. Price of item would be more attractive if can be made lower. Overall, I would give a 4-star rating!
