I'm a welder for an energy producer. There are times when we have NOTHING to do and we have to stay on the jobsite so we can get paid. I have a designated hard plastic chair - I'm sure it's been around longer than I've been alive. I grew tired of the uncomfortable aches/pains from prolonged sitting. My whole back would tighten up, my bottom was sore and the back of my thighs hurt. I just couldn't get comfortable. ☆I made a conscious purchase ☆ This items is squishy and folded into 4 so I can carry it in my work backpack. I was worried for a sec that it wouldn't fit in my bag but was very much surprised. I didn't have to parade it into the building. Its a good size. The thickness is so comfortable that I don't feel the usual pressure on my backend. As soon as I took a seat the back of my thighs were cradled, bottom was happy that I didn't have to sit side saddled. My tailbone is not on fire and my back isn't screaming "we need to stand up for a while!" Everything that hurt is being supported by this cushion. Definitely noticed the small height - about an inch+ from sitting on bare seat. Im very pleased with this purchase and it's earned a permanent spot in my locker at the end of every shift. Treasured item as I no longer fear getting hemorrhoids from prolonged sitting. Its my squishy and im going to keep it safe.

I wear jeans all the time. Wearing jeans did not go well for me when I would sit in my favorite recliner. It did some serious damage to my butt. It hurt every time I would get up from the chair, and hurt even more when I'd sit back down, even if I sat down gently. While I never put 3 eggs on top of this and sat in it, I can tell you that it no longer hurts to sit down or to get back up. I can plop down in my chair and not feel a thing. I wish I had found out about this sooner. It's reasonably priced, especially since it really works. If you have any difficulty sitting, this is going to help eliminate the pain.

Okay now this has been a lifesaver this is an excellent product wonderful cushion could be a little bigger but I suppose I'm you know what I'm tired of that mentality yes I can complain it should be a little bit bigger and you know what I'm changing from five stars to four stars make it bigger. The other models on the market yeah they're even smaller I'm tired of us getting less and being told to accept that because it's just how it is. No this thing is $30 and all it took was a mold and some material you could give me just a slightly larger cushion for $30. All right with that rant out of the way yes it makes the seat far more comfortable. It doesn't cover the entire area of the seat so it has a tendency to move around a bit the case that comes with it has what appears to be rubberized dots on the bottom but they do very little to keep the cushion in place. It's very functional it's well designed and it makes sitting more comfortable. Make it a little bigger and I'd be a happy human.

My daughter loves this gel seat cushion. Only one problem is that it keeps falling off of her chair at work. She is up and down in her chair and she is trying to find a way to secure the cushion because it is very comfortable and it helps so much with the sciatic nerve pain from having to sit for long periods of time. It is a total blessing for her.

I was sitting in bed to sleep for health reasons & sat on the cushion. It was pretty comfortable & I was glad I had something to prevent bed sores as I was in one position most of the night. Sometimes I'd slide down the bed. (The non-slide feature didn't work that well for me in bed with risers at the head). That may have put tension weight on the honeycomb structure of the gel inside. Now 6 months later I felt it.a bit uncomfortable & opened the cover to see a line of the honeycombs has torn & one or 2 other cells are coming apart. I checked with Google search & got the email of the customer service to claim warranty but it doesn't cover normal wear & tear & I'd prob. need to pay the return shipping. The cushion is quite heavy so shipping wouldn't be cheap. So I'm saving my time & writing it off. For most users it would probably last longer, just be aware it will tear if it gets stretched under weight. This has become a standard addition to my workspace. The Problem: I am of a petite frame, where I felt like I was swimming in the seat of my and sitting in my large rolling office chairs. The seats are generally so large that I slip or position to one side or another leading to sitting higher on one side or another. I was seeking something that would give me a bit of added height as well as cushioning after feeling some pain in my tail bone and back. The Solution: This Gel Seat Cushion was incorporated into my two rolling chairs in my workspace. The small dot "grips" on both sides are subtle, but very effective. They are not rubbery or sticky, but provide some level of friction so that 1) the cushion stays in place and does not slip around and 2) I remain in one spot and do not move around when sitting on it. It is not solid, but a matrix of gel honeycombs on two sides. Even though it may not be designed to raise the seating height significantly, it does provide a higher seating plane such that I do not feel sunken into the seat by raising me up by an inch or so. The removable cover is a very nice feature, allowing the cover to be washed and look like new. The material does not catch or show dust easily. The material is soft, and the "grips" do not feel at all bumpy. Its black color makes it look seamless and matches with my leather office chairs. The size of the cushion fits the seat of my office chair perfectly. I believe it will also increase the longevity of the chairs, themselves. The cushion is extremely soft and it turns a relatively hard surface of an office chair into a very comfortable seating. It has alleviated any pressure spots that I was aware of before using it and effectively has caused my pain in my tailbone to subside. It feels like sitting on a cloud - no pressure and allows me to no longer be distracted by my sitting and be able to focus on work. I also ordered two of these for a relative who suffered from a back injury and had trouble sitting down for any amount of time. It has been a gentle help to her in buffering her sitting down as well as serving as a safe and soft cushion for pain. I would highly recommend this item.

Amazing. I weigh 190lbs and it feels like I am sitting on nothing and my bottom stays cool. I am often at my desk as I work in IT and I illustrate part time. Overtime, I was developing an increasing lower back pain despite owning an expensive ergonomic chair, but since sitting on this cushion I have felt immediate relief. Be sure to face the rubber dotted side down so it does not slip/fall off of your chair.

The material quality is okay .. but it’s not same as in the picture also the thickness is uneven.
