Honestly the application is kinda nerve racking for a first timer, but it’s basically dummy proof it was easy to apply, and as you apply you can really take in the quality in the product, it leaves the windows shining like new, and the effectiveness is really night and day water just beads off with ease and I totally recommend a 12 month reapplication even thought the durability is insane without care but if you care for it it’ll probably last 24 months

Applied to glass, not windscreen PPF. It does take a little effort to polish the substrate with the provided media (FYI this cannot be done from couch). Total application time was about 1.5 hrs to clean, polish, and apply two coats. Hydrophobicity is better than Rain-X. Slickness may be a little less than a fresh coat of Rain-X, but I don’t mind using the wipers. Have not encountered wiper chatter with this product. Seems to take the punishment of time (6 months thus far), outside storage (rain, UV exposure, temps from 40 F to 90 F have been experienced), abrasion from wiper blades, and 4 car washes. Wow, adding a note to self that I need to wash the car more often. Update 2/6/2024: Coating performance has fallen off after 36k and 9 months. Need to re-apply coating after first applying in April-2023, which included one summer and most of one cold season.

While I purchased this and winter was wintering hard. I found workarounds and hacks to make the product cure in under 50⁰ weather. EVO has been flawless. Therain just beads up and just rolls off the windshield. Visibility has also improved in rainy weather. The people who have issues more than likely didn't follow the instructions to a T. It is really important that you do.

This is my 2nd review… I only got an email regarding my issue after submitting my 1 star review. Now they stopped responding to my emails. Horrible customer service. Product is hit and miss. You need to be cautious because instructions say you need to use the entire product on just the windshield, and driver/passenger windows. Which seems like a lot compared to other products. I feel like I installed 1-2 of my layers a little too thick, trying to speed up the process. Seems like you have enough to put 2 layers on your entire car. But maybe I read the instructions wrong. After talking to them through email I was told all my steps I did for prepping and installing were accurate and they had no problem with how I did it and the products I used. I was told to do a light polishing. After doing that, the windshield was spotty. But now I dont have enough product to fix it. Now they stopped responding to my emails when I asked for addition advice. They wont accept returns or give refunds. I purchased this to have a water repellent windshield. Not a patchy semi repellant windshield.

Not worth the $40 bucks I paid. Saw a few reviews online and it was made out to be a stellar product. This has nothing on Rain-X. I've used three full sets across my three cars and unless you're traveling 70+ MPH WITH continuous rainfall, there is no expelling of water off the windshield.

Best glass coating I've came across. I've used rainx, aquapel, and many others. The longevity of gyeons is untouched! Being in the NW I have to use my wipers, but I can still tell that the coating is still active and barely worn. Make sure to thoroughly use the glass polish to clean before applying. It'll require some elbow grease but worth it at the end.

I had real high hopes for this product but was really disappointed. I have used a lot of products on my windshield but wanted to step it up from the run of the mill cheaper options like Rainx. The product went on well and worked for at least a week. I even replaced the blades to make sure this product had the best possibility of working. Everyone should know that there is only a 20ml bottle in the kit and that’s not even enough for the whole car, windshield and front windows only. There are far better, far cheaper options out there.
