Great Neem supplement
I use this daily for general health. I went through a bottle (my first, changed from a different brand) and like this quite well. This is full spectrum neem so very good for powder in a capsule.

Neem has been used in Ayurveda medicine for many hundreds of years, especially for skin health, as an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal. I really don't like the clammy/sticky or gritty way that many of the topical neem skin care products feel on my skin, so I started swallowing this pill 3x daily to try to help my skin from the inside. I finished my first bottle, and can't tell for sure how well this is working versus some of the other topical skin products I'm also using, but I seem to have fewer rashes and a little healthier skin than before, so I'll keep using this longer.
