I'm one to shove tissues, wrappers and receipts in my side door compartment, but not anymore! It's about the size of a doggy poo bag (lol), which isn't that big, but you shouldn't be hoarding that much garbage in your car anyways. I'm sure most people wouldn't even notice it was there because it's pretty discrete, and the adhesive is well stuck on.

Awesome little trash can for my Cadillac DTS. My wife always seems to have little pieces of paper, receipts, sugar packet wrappers, etc to throw away in my car. I used to have room for a small tissue box sized trash can in my Towncar, but the Caddy has a center counsel shifter, so no room. This attaches to the side of the counsel on the passenger side and stays out of the way. I used a Velcro Strip versus the tape they gave me, so can’t speak on the adhesion of the provided tape, but it seems to be good quality. The can itself lays pretty flat, opens wide, the light comes on when you open it and shuts off when you close it, stays closed with magnets and comes with bags. It’s easily detachable as it has a mounting plate ( which stays attached) and wide flat hooks to grab the plate to attach. It’s easy to unhook it, empty the trash and rehook it. As a bonus, my car is black inside, so this blends right in with the interior. Hardly noticeable unless you know is there and need to use it. If you are looking for a low profile trash receptacle for your car, this is a winner. My wife just said yesterday “ I need one of these for my car” as she was throwing away her straw wrapper. I’m a neat freak as far as my car is concerned. I hide all power cords, vacuum the carpets almost weekly, wipe down the interior once or twice a week, wax regularly, check the fluids at each gas fill up... I’m very particular with my cars and this really fits the bill for me.
