Love my thermostats! No fuss, no worry . Just set desired temperature and it maintains it. Technophobic so pleased with the ease and simplicity of use.

Updating my initial review: per the suggestion of another reviewer, I used rubbing alcohol and a-tips to clean the flux off the connector pins and their housing on the universal wall plate. This has significantly improved the accuracy of the room temp reading and the fluctuations have stopped. One of the 2 units is now reading room temp accurately. The other unit is reading 1 degree warmer than actual temp but is also no longer fluctuating.

Working in property management, often times we have issues where a thermostat goes bad. These are easy to install, easy to operate, and they arrive fast. These are a great solution to most thermostat issues.

I have replaced 3 old style mercury thermostats with these digital models. So far, so good, I’ve found these units to work extremely well and were quite easy to install in place of the old mercury ones. They are simple to use, and work well with my natural gas fired hot water system furnace. While not programmable, they have already helped reduce our heating bill with their accuracy and ease of use. Battery life I find is good lasting through 2 entire heating seasons on the first unit installed, my only regret is having put off acquiring the second and third so long.

I bought four of these and replaced all thermostats in my house. I have 2 radiant zones and 2 radiator zones. Two zones were 2-wire, one was 3-wire, and the last zone was a 4-wire. I followed the instructions and everything worked out just fine. It will be necessary to read the instructions and configure the settings appropriately for your heating system. You can configure the maximum number of times per hour you would like it to cycle, along with other goodies.
