I love that this egg separator does 3 eggs at a time. It is great material. It has a bin to catch the whites and I make the PSMF bread with them. I use the egg yolks for Creme Brulee. It is so functional for my low carb cooking. It speeds up my process of allowing me to make bread, brulee, and storing daily.

The item is as pictured. It served the intended purpose and really separated the yolks. My dad was really impressed.

I love this egg separator! However I gave it a 4 star cause they sent the wrong color, I ordered blue and I got grey which I already had a grey one😒 but this item works great and I love that you can separate 2 eggs at a time plus the container the egg whites fall into which could hold up to about 6 eggs or more depending on size of eggs

I bought this as a little gift for my dad to separate the the yoke from egg white. He loves it. Very easy for him to use and handle. My dad just turned 79 and his hands trembles, so I wanted to get him a simple affordable and lightweight gadget that will be helpful and easy to handle.

Functionality and size, ease of cleaning works.

While it does the job of separating the egg yolk from the whites I don’t understand why there is NO LID to cover the whites to store in refrigerator - uncovered the whites will dry out in hours. There is a ridge on the separator that looks like it would fit to a lid - incomplete design.
