It's supposed to be watery. Use the correct dispenser.
A lot of reviews are stating that this does not foam and is watered down. As my video explains, this soap works exactly how it's supposed to, you just have to have the right dispenser. Foaming hand soap is too thin for a regular dispenser, you need a foaming dispenser. They are different. It does not just magically foam on it's own. That being said, this is my first time having foaming hand soap. I am super sensitive to smells. The white tea scent is very mild and pleasant. I get the aroma while I am washing my hands, which smells nice, but it does not overwhelm or linger on my hands ages afterwards, which I also appreciate. This is a great product and does exactly what it is supposed to do.
