Helps a lot with Pain on Day 1, will update as days go on. I’m so happy i got this because the place i went to for surgery didn’t send me home with any type of ice packs at all. It doesn’t stay cold super long maybe like 20/25 mins but it comes with 4 total ice packs so you can always keep changing them out. While they’re cold it feels so soothing. I got for wisdom teeth removal and they suggest doing 20 min on, 10/20 min off so it’s kinda like a good timer. Head peace is super soft, i have sensitive skin and it doesn’t irritate me at all. it does moves little when trying to talk or eat/drink but definitely manageable

This worked really well after my daughter’s jaw surgery. She used them cold and when the doctor said it was fine, she used them warm. She said this was so comfortable as it was able to take some pressure off her jaw and keep it cool or warm. We warmed them by putting the packs in hot water instead of the microwave. I think they will last longer.

I’m currently recovering from a tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy and this has been such a great addition to my healing process. The ice packs help lower my pain, and I appreciate that it comes with 4 ice packs so I can change them out as soon as the ones I’m using go warm. The material is comfortable enough to sleep in which I also really appreciate at the moment. I would 100% recommend for any surgery in the mouth/jaw area.

I bought this for my husband after his wisdom teeth removal and it worked really well. The wrap holds both ice and heat packs, which made it convenient to use cold during the first few days and then switch to heat later in recovery. The packs themselves are good quality, the wrap fits the head well, and it’s simple to use. I also like that it came with four packs so we could rotate them. A couple of small downsides: the internal fabric is pretty thin, so the packs can feel uncomfortably cold against the skin. We solved this by slipping the packs into a sock before putting them in the wrap. It can also be tricky to tighten it enough without help from another person. Overall, though, this was a great purchase and made recovery a lot easier.

Love it! Got wisdom teeth pulled and this helped soooo much. I will say that the pouches only stay cold for maybe 1 hour or so but that's perfect timing as my face couldn't tolerate too much more of the cold. There's also a groove in the neck area that I appreciate so you don't feel like its choking you. I would highly recommend.

I don’t often write reviews but this was a great product. Wish I knew about this sooner so I would have had it the day of surgery. Son had his wisdom teeth removed and this was such a huge game changer. Helped tremendously with the swelling and was able to get it overnighted. Made well, keeps cold for a long period of time. Super convenient and comfortable, plus hands free. If you need something for jaw pain or post surgery don’t think twice. Worth every dime. Highly recommended.

Bought this when I got my tonsils taken out and my wisdom teeth taken out a year later and it fit great, velcro stayed in place, wasn’t too heavy, and the ice packs stayed cool when I needed them to. Now I use the mini ice packs individually to keep stuff cool in a small cooler or lunch box.

The quality feels solid, and I appreciate the thought put into making it adjustable for different areas. However, for my specific needs, it didn’t provide the relief I was hoping for, which is why I returned it. That said, for others looking for a well-made, reusable gel pack for TMJ, dental recovery, or facial therapy, this could be a helpful option. The weight and velcro straps worked well though.

I just got my wisdom teeth out and this has been my life saver. it’s so soft. the velcro keeps it nice and snug. although, the reason i give 4/5 stars is the packs don’t stay cold for a long period of time, i have to switch them out every 20 min.

Super apres une chirurgie s la machoire. Chaud ou froid . Tiens bien la nuit, même si je devais dormir assis ! Tres bonne qualité ! Le tissus etait assez rigide pour tenir en place tout en etant confortable. Les sac aussi reste en place dans la pochette sans tombé en boulle au fond. Donc il couvre bien un espace assez large Pour réchauffé les sac je les laissait tremper dans l'eau chaude pour gardez les sac en bon etat.
