These are my go to electrolytes when hiking. I’ve used a lot of types and brands but these seem to work well, chew a couple and you’ll feel revived. They are tasty as well and not overly salty but yet do the job.

These are my go-to for quick electrolytes. I carry them in my purse and use as needed. I bring them to summer competitions and it’s way easier to chew a few of these then to drink a whole sports drink. Obviously still hydrate with water, but these do wonders to bring you back up if you’re getting dehydrated

I take a couple of these on my morning walks. It gets pretty hot in the summer and these are perfect to chew with my water. I have only tried the orange flavor and they are great and they are so convenient!

I can't prove they work, but taking these during long indoor bike rides does seem to ward off cramps which used to be an issue. In three hours, I took four today, along with fluids and some gels. Can't complain about the ride so that combo is working for me. I think they are getting more expensive than when I first tried them years ago... current price works out to 33 cents per tab. They are ok to consume... pop one in your mouth and let it melt, or rush and crunch on it then swig water as I do now. I usually get the orange as a taste change but have used the lemon flavor before as well.

We keep these on auto ship at our house. My son is a teenage athlete and he uses these chewables on a regular basis. It helps ensure that he never gets dehydrated and helps with cramps and recovery. They are chewable not chalky and pretty tasty. Orange is our famiy’s favorite flavor.

These work great for anyone with orthostatic intolerance. The flavor is great, too. These don’t work as well if you don’t drink a full glass of water after chewing them, though.

On time… great product! Works fast to replace those electrolytes.

Erstmalig auf einem 50 km Marsch ausprobiert und mehr als positiv überrascht. Keine Krämpfe, auch nicht in der Nacht, nie wieder ohne. Außerdem schmecken sie auch noch recht gut.
